These New Year Resolution Tips Brought to You by Alloy Insurance
Well, we made it through 2021. We hope 2022 will be a great year for you, your friends, and your family. We thought it might be fun to help you start the year right with some examples. New Year’s resolutions usually are personal and, more importantly, voluntary; you are not required to make any. However, if you’re motivated to make little changes that can have a major influence on your overall health, here’s a list to get you started.
Cook something new each week.
In the new year, everyone wants to eat healthier, but you should also attempt to eat a wider variety of foods.
Pay off your debt
And if you believe you can’t afford something as it’s so expensive, just don’t buy it!
Drink more water
If you can, drink more water but keep in mind that too much water might be detrimental to your stomach.
Spend less time on your phone
There’s no better time to start cutting back on screen time than 2022 if you’re like many others who have considered it.
Learn something new
Make a monthly resolution to learn something new in order to gain a better understanding of the world and how it functions. Fortunately, the internet has made it a lot easier to learn new things.
Find a hobby
It is recommended that you set aside time in 2022 to do something creative, whether it’s 10 minutes of active thinking or an hour of active crafts, writing music, woodworking, volunteering, sketching, graphic design, golf, or anything else that inspires you.
Use the stairs
People who climbed stairs for 10 minutes feel more energized than those who consumed the caffeine equivalent of a can of soda or a cup of coffee.
Pay it Forward
Have you recently had someone do something nice for you? Now is an excellent year to do something nice for someone else. Perhaps you’ll pay for someone’s fast food or purchase a meal for a homeless person. Good things come to those who receive them, and good things also come to those who spread them.
